Reported Issues to Z2

Reported that visitors can help repair facilities and hospitals when there is nothing in the queues or there are no units at all to be repaired/healed

Still not fixed

Reported no new spawns of Infected for a couple of days even though have 6 traps and none on world map. Told they knew about it but we'll see an improvement in the BS

Hi Grimsy66,

I’m very sorry to hear that you are not encountering Infected encounters on your World Map. It seems this issue has come back again and we sincerely apologize for this. We are currently looking into the matter.

At the very least, I can tell you that more Infected are imminent and that is all I can say on the matter.

As for the drop rate, it has not changed throughout this entire event. Please be aware that it is at a set percentage chance so it is very much possible that you’re encountering a string of bad luck. We apologize if there’s been any confusion in regards to this.
