My z2 support tix

This is the support tix I sent to z2 copy, paste send it

When participating in a timed event you expect to have the full time allotted. This was not the case. We lost about 7 hrs after start time. Almost 5% of the time we had. Coupled with a frustratingly high amount of crashing and BS points lost I feel that something more than an apology should be given. More time, double points, extra nanos...

Hello Legion999,

Thank you for writing in to us. I’m sorry to hear that you and a few of your Guild mates are encountering problems with the latest Boss Strike.

Unfortunately since the Boss Strike is a timed event, it is not possible for us to add or adjust the time. With each Boss Strike we attempt to adjust the balance based on player feedback. Boss Strike has never been communicated to last for a set amount of time. But truest that I have passed your message along to the Battle Nations team and they greatly appreciate your feedback.
